Freezer Beef
What is available?
To Help you prepare for your beef here is approximately how much freezer space you will need.

Whole Beef is approximately 15 cu. ft.
Half Beef is approximately 7.5 cu. ft.
Quarter Beef is approximately 3.75 cu. ft.
We also have the option for you to purchase a whole, 1/2, or 1/4 of a cow to process for your freezer. This order can be individualized to your family's request. Please contact us for pricing and more information.
Feeds a Family of 5 or more
Approximately 600lbs (hanging weight) of hormone-free, drug-free beef for pick-up or local delivery.
Feeds a Family of 3-4 people
Approximately 300lbs (hanging weight) of hormone-free, drug-free beef for pick-up or local delivery.
Feeds a Family of 1-2 people
Approximately 150lbs (hanging weight) of hormone-free, drug-free beef for pick-up or local delivery.

About half of your purchase will be ground beef (hamburger). Other processed items include roasts, T-bone steaks,
Rib-eye steaks, Sirloin steaks, stir-fry, stew beef and cubed steak.
Ground beef will be packaged in either 1 or 2 pound package whichever your family prefers. Steaks will be cut to the thickness of your choosing and packaged in the quantities that works best for your family.
Payment: There will be a deposit required at the time your order is made. The balance payment in full by cash, check, debit/credit card or Venmo is required at the time your beef is delivered to you or picked up at the farm.
